PRIVACY RULES
According to the Privacy Policy Rules, the company Mobidom d.o.o., Kombolova 17 from Zagreb protects the privacy of their clients and shows concern for your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC (Regulation) and the General Data Protection Regulation Implementation Act NN 42/2018. In accordance with the Privacy Policy Mobidom d.o.o. transparently and publicly discloses the methods with which it processes personal data exclusively according to the principles of the Regulation. Mobidom d.o.o., Kombolova 17, 10 000 Zagreb is the controller of processing your personal information. Personal data: According to the Regulation, ‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’), and an identifiable natural person or data subject, as is designated in the Regulation, refers to an identifiable natural person as one who can be identified, directly or indirectly. Processing: According to the Regulation, ‘processing’ means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. Data collection: Personal data is collected directly from you during the order of certain products or services, or when you fill out a certain form. Mobidom d.o.o. only collects data that the customer enters voluntarily. Data is collected through available web forms, forms for receiving notifications (newsletter) or through contact with the employees of the company Mobidom d.o.o. Data entry is necessary to establish contact, and data such as a name, surname, e-mail address and delivery address is necessary to fulfill our obligation of delivering the products and services. We collect other personal data with your consent for marketing purposes, for the purpose of improving our business or your user experience. Purpose and access: Personal data is used exclusively for previously mentioned purposes and will be available to external executors during processing. External executors are reputable organizations from the EU which Mobidom d.o.o. engages for the execution of outsourced functions, such as bookkeeping, hosting, postal dispatch, delivery and any third party necessarily involved in the execution and fulfilment of contractual obligations. In addition, under legal obligations, access to personal data will be given to representatives of competent legal authorities. Web Cookies: The seller’s websites use web cookies. These are small pieces of code your browser automatically executes and are necessary to be able to adequately display page content on all devices, without which the use of websites would not be possible. Information collected this way does not contain personal data and serves the purpose of better functioning of the websites, easier purchase, and improvement of your user experience. The online store uses additional cookies to store your data, so you do not have to enter it again, the use of which is a prerequisite of using the online store and is stated in the Terms and Conditions of use. There are also third-party cookies that are not set by the site fantech.hr, which make it easier for users to access content and allow normal functioning. In addition, Mobidom d.o.o. uses available methods of determining the age of uses, in order to secure the use of services exclusively to persons over the age of 16, in accordance with the Regulation Implementation Act. Storage and security: Personal data will be stored and processed within the legal period and protected by adequate security measures. Rights of the data subject: We provide the conditions for you to decide on the processing of your personal data. Above all we provide you with the following rights: 1. Right of access – You have the right to request confirmation on how we process data concerning you, and to gain access to the data we process. In the case of a process of a large amount of data that concerns you, we can inquire for the specification of the request for the delivery of specific concrete sections of data processed that concern you. 2. Right to rectification – In the case you notice we are processing inaccurate or incomplete data that concerns you, or if you wish to amend the information, you have the right to request the rectification of the same, that is to amend incomplete personal data. To ensure that we are always processing only your correct personal data it is necessary to notify us without delay of any changes. 3. Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) – Erasure of personal data can be requested, for instance, if you withdraw consent for processing certain data, if personal data has been unlawfully processed or if your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed. Please note that we will not be able to erase your data if it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations, contractual obligations, or other legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation. 4. Right to restriction of processing – You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing your personal data, which can be requested in the instances where you lodged a complaint to the processing of data, you contest the accuracy of personal data that is processed or the legality of its process, but you do not want the data to be erased, or you still need it to fulfill legal requirements. 5. Right to data portability – If the process is based on your consent or for the purpose of contract execution concluded with you and is at the same time performed by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data that we have received from you. If you request, we will transfer your personal data directly to another controller, if it is technically feasible. 6. Right to object – You have the right to object, at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation to processing of personal data concerning you, due to which we will limit the processing of the same. In addition, the specified data will be erased, and processing ceased, unless we prove there are valid and justified legal grounds for its processing. In addition to this, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. After lodging a complaint your personal data will no longer be processed for the specified purpose. 7. Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority – If you feel the processing of your personal data is not in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. Right to withdraw consent – If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, with no consequences.
